During busy seasons it may take up to 48 hours for us to respond via email but we will always endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide and offer both free standard shipping 10-30 days and express shipping 1-10 days, if you’re in a hurry. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination. Calculate shipping time and costs in the cart or during the checkout.

Returns

Unused Items: Please make sure that your item is unopened, unused and undamaged (unless it is faulty), plus all shrink wrapping, packaging and/or leaflets and instructions must be intact. Remember to detail whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Your request will be handled and processed as soon as possible and you will be notified when we receive the returned parcel at our warehouse.  (read more)
