Sessions usually last for 50 to 60 minutes. The therapist may advise you to have weekly sessions or to see them less frequently, such as once a month.

Therapy sessions last between 50 minutes to an hour and are held at a regular time slot each week but there is always room for flexibility.
Weekly attendance is important for therapy to progress.
Booking and paying for the session’s are usually done online through the booking system, however, all first sessions should be paid in advance.
Missed and a cancelled session (24 hours notice) you will have to pay for the session in full.
